Hey, This is an easy-to-print version of the Slime Ball.
I suggest printing this one instead of the original, but it's not a complete ball. If you want that, you need to print the original.
Print Settings: I use standard settings with no supports. I apply spray glue to my build plate to get better adhesion. You can also just use a brim.
Assembly: No assembly because the model prints already assembled.
Technical Data: One Slime Ball 2.0 takes roughly 120 g of filament and 7 hours to print.

Cool nice to know!
Great model.... but is there an STL version?
Inisde the download is an STL version?
Legend, thanks for the quick turnaround!
Download's just giving me a .3mf with Bambu printer settings that cause a bunch of errors in OrcaSlicer.
This is the only one of your designs that didn't give me the usual .zip file with STLs and whatever, so something might have happened with the upload?
Theres smees do have been an issue with the file being unavilable. I just reuploaded it. Should work now.
Perfect Print.... Thank you for the update.
What settings did you use? This is the only print in 3 years I've ever had fail 5 times in a row no matter what I adjust. It comes apart like a sliced up apple after a certain layer height.
brim helps a ton
ruven, i have printed many of your slim balls and had blow out and had a bunch that turned out great. bad thing is that growing my 3d printing experience i kept changing settings and they where great and now i think i messed up and saved settings on the print that worked the best on all 3 of my printers. i need to get back to norm and adjust from the specs you had. i have opened it on my Bambu p1s. can you suggest some settings that you had originally so i can print some balls that shine lol.
Do you have one that looks like a baseball?
you suggest using glue and/or brim... is this either/or or suggesting to use both?
What infill do you suggest? Grid? Gyroid?
same exact problem with mine, let me know if you have a solution
Same here
What infill is best to use? I tried to print 9 of the easy balls on a Prusa Core One L and had a massive failure at 89% completion. Spaghetti everywhere. They looked good up until that point. I did hear some 'clicking' as the extruder was moving but not until the 85% area
